    what are the requirement required to run silverlight

    My machine only have vs 2008 and sqlserver 2000.

    what are the things have to download so that i can develop and run silverlight application in my machine?

    Since you have Visual Studio 2008 already, you can download Silverlight Toolkit.

    Additionally it is good to have Microsoft Expression Blend if you have a plan to master the technology.
