    I liked the second point for email..Just one more point too.. If you are using oulook for email management then you can set a rule to delay outgoing messages by few minutes. Just to double check that you have not missed anything.

    Yes it is correct. In our busy schedules, there are situations we might forgot some points or will put unwanted people in the the recevers list which can make trouble.

    I had a training recently .. some points

    1. Dear Shoban, is old style ... use Dear Shoban :

    2. Avoid abbreviations like PFA, FYI etc

    3. Avoid one liner emails.
